HDPE Pipe Introduction
PE pipes have a smooth inner wall that remains unchanged over time, resulting in low frictional resistance and significant energy savings. Pressure loss is approximately 30% lower than steel pipes, allowing for the selection of smaller diameters. They offer excellent hygiene, contain no additives, and will not contaminate drinking water. In ISO standard classifications, polyethylene is grade 0 (the lowest level), making it resistant to mold. Compared to some other commonly used plastics, polyethylene has significantly higher mold resistance and will not scale over long-term use.
