Before production, materials are checked to ensure they meet production requirements and maintain stable product performance.
Material Verification: Incoming resins are inspected for key properties, including density and Melt Flow Rate (MFR), to ensure stable performance.
Batch Traceability: Material batches are recorded and managed for full production tracking.

During pipe extrusion, key production processes are monitored to maintain consistent product quality.
Extrusion Monitoring: Parameters such as temperature, pressure, cooling, and sizing are strictly controlled during pipe forming.
Dimensional & Appearance Control: Outer diameter, wall thickness, length, and surface smoothness are monitored continuously for product consistency.

Before delivery, finished products undergo inspection according to product specifications and customer requirements.
Dimensional & Visual Checks: Pipe dimensions, thickness, length, and surface finish are verified before delivery.
Pressure & Performance Testing: Hydrostatic pressure tests are conducted for pressure pipes, while ring stiffness and related performance tests are performed for drainage pipes.
